The system of filling for chromite is used to add chromite in the discharging hole of ladle. Usually, the system is composed by a first hopper equipped with loading cells and then dosing screw conveyors equipped with coaled cameras.

The system is completely automatized and thanks of the camera is monitored and controlled from the control room.

The solution studied permits to:

Avoid risk deriving from the manual execution of the operation;

Reduction of the costs rationalizing the quantity of product used and reducing the time for the execution of the operation.
